Monthly Rentals in Oak Hill

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

We enjoyed staying at the air b and b! It was the perfect location for the appointments we had at Vanderbilt and close to our kids and grandkids! Th e property was so peaceful and quiet! The room was so homey filling and clean! We had a little issue with the remote to the tv and Shawna was so helpful along with her family to get it working properly so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest! We will definitely be coming back to stay there again when we come to visit!! I would highly recommend this air b and b to friends and family!

Location , communication and layout/functionality of the space are all 5 plus stars. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t speak on the supplies etc but it was super nice having a W/D in the space. The patio and its furniture were not usable for our visit due to moldy dirty rug and furniture due to Nashville recent rains. Host was very responsive when we requested a new shower curtain liner. The space is tired and worn and in need of some Sheetrock repair, paint and new (er)sheets and towels but other than that it was all 5 plus stars. I get that white paint looks great …..but in an Airbnb , owners should use ScuffX paint if using white. I have stayed at several in Nashville that are just so marred up and dirty looking that it is not the greatest first impression. I get it- not everyone takes the care of an Airbnb like it’s their own space.
