Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Ridge

This is our 2nd stay here and we absolutely love our experience. We have already booked for next year when we will be in the area for a conference.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? We had a wonderful time… The place was clean and very close to everything that we needed. We loved the extra effort taken into giving us popcorn and the blueberry muffins at arrival. The water pressure was incredible. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities were awesome. Our next trip to Knoxville… We will be back.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe the entire time. There were a couple minor stains on the sheets when we arrived, but we washed them before and after — not a big deal at all and didn’t affect our experience. Super convenient location — only about an $8 Uber to downtown. Overall, 5 stars and would absolutely stay again!

Great house, very comfortable, well-equipped and with a well stocked kitchen. Convenient to everything in town. Best feature was the back yard, besides the usual birds and squirrels we saw rabbits, chipmunks, and even a groundhog (or marmot maybe, some big cute furry animal).

Garrett was very friendly, and very responsive! He sent clear instructions on how to get into the house, and even allowed us to drop off a rental car early! The location was very good, close to all oak ridge has to offer, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants, running trails, and beautiful scenery.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the area super convenient. We stopped here on a long road trip, just staying overnight. It is the perfect place to crash for that type of stay. Mary was very easy to contact and responsive.

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

The location was close to the university, Publix and a 20 minute walk to downtown which was ideal for us. The apartment was well stocked with paper products and it was great to have an inhouse washer and dryer. It was well decorated, light and cheery. The owners were very quick to answer any questions.
