The flat is lovely, it’s within walking distance to both tram and train, so even though Murrumbeena isn’t super close to the CBD, it’s very easy to reach. The airbnb had everything I needed for a longer stay - washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board a fully functioning kitchen. It honestly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean and the owner was responsive and efficient with their communication. They were also very accommodating to our needs, which we truly appreciated. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Melbourne CBD, making it an ideal spot for us to spend New Year’s. It gave us easy access to all the city’s attractions while still being in a quiet and comfortable area to relax. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Melbourne and would happily stay here again!

Yelenas place was amazing and so comfortable nestled just off the street. It is fitted out with everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Parking on the street is convenient too. Yelena has great communication and our entire stay was a delight. thankyou 💖

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!
