Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

We had high expectations for Casali Di Charme based on the location and photos, and it delivered higher than any of us could have imagined! The rooms were beautiful, the farm and surrounds were beautiful, the pool was beautiful and the hosts were beautiful people. We also booked dinner at the restaurant, and it was the best food we’ve eaten in Europe. The breakfast that was included was more than we could eat, and we also ordered lunch to go, which was also amazing. I can’t rate this place more highly! Thank you to Federica and Agnese and all of the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect stay from start to finish. The villa was immaculate and the staff who checked us in were fast, considerate and friendly. They informed us of extra services that we ended up using in the end like we organised a dinner with their private chef on our last night and it was amazing. The thermal pool and sauna were TOP! Highly recommend and will book again!

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns.
