An absolute gem of a place. It’s not cheap but it’s got to be one of the best places I have ever stayed in the world! And I’ve stayed all over. The rooms and space were stunning, the design immaculate, lots of personal touches (cake, fruit etc) and the food…oh my! I would go back again in a heartbeat.

The place was great, only stayed for a few days. There's a little restaurant a block away, good food for great prices. El Plaza is 5 min drive or walking is around 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Host was great. Good communication, and a pleasure to work with. Perfect rustic environment, way more space than a hotel, and more authentic. Loved the hammock and little touches of personality. 5 minute walk to main shops, dining, bars, and main sites.

Una experiencia inolvidable! Desde que llegamos nos sorprendió lo lindo que está el departamento, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Viajamos en familia y fue perfecto para convivir, descansar y disfrutar juntos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo tranquilo. Ra es muy amable y fue atenta en todo momento, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Sin duda volveremos felices!

We had a lovely stay at Irma’s place! We loved walking through the beautiful courtyard garden everyday and being greeted by her very friendly cat and dog. The living space felt very homely and cozy, and it’s situated far enough away from the street that you don’t hear much traffic, it’s nice and peaceful. And lastly, it’s positioned in a fantastic location with great restaurants and cafes very nearby. Our favourite in particular is Muss Cafe, just two blocks away, and has an amazing rooftop. Muchas Gracias Irma!

We had such a wonderful stay in Oaxaca. Alejandro, who lives next door, was an incredible resource and such a kind and thoughtful host. He really made us feel very well taken care of. For example, he arranged for taxis to take us to Monte Alban and to the airport. He made sure we were always well stocked with drinking water and that the house was regularly cleaned. The location of this Airbnb is incredible - walking distance to everything. The house is thoughtfully appointed, well designed and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

This was my first time in Mexico. This air bnb is conveniently located in the heart of Centro, which is a "hub" of Oaxaca, walking distance to most things. The local tour agency is literally across the street from this bnb and has amazing half-day & full-day tour options to all the local attractions. The tours pick you up & drop you off at this bnb. The air bnb loft is modern & updated; perfect size for 1-2 people. Alvaro is an excellent host. He responds promptly to any and all inquiries and is very kind and helpful. This air bnb was a perfect spot to stay to explore Oaxaca.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

It was a great location, very walkable, right between the historic center and the cool neighborhood ofJalatlaco. No need for a car, but if you have one, the parking is easy and very secure.

I stayed for three weeks at Luis‘s place and I have to say that it was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. One thing that stood out was how well stocked Luis‘s kitchen was. That is pretty rare in the Airbnb world but Luis had some extras like a juicer, a blender, and many Tupperware containers. This was handy. His place was also super clean. Luis was super responsive during my stay. He always wrote back really quickly and he always made sure that we had what we needed in terms of things like freshwater and extra blankets. You can tell Luis takes is hosting duties seriously and cares about his guests. Internet was also fast and reliable. The apartment is on the small side, but we never felt cramped. It is also right on the street at ground level, so you are going to hear a bit of street noise. It was actually much quieter than I thought it would be, especially in the night. One big bonus was the shared terrace upstairs. Overall a terrific experience. Highly recommend!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone

Un Excelente lugar para quedarse unos días, accesible y la zona es muy tranquila. La habitación donde nos alojamos estuvo muy bien para una pareja con lo necesario para quedarse unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente, te contesta en todo momento y muy amable. Simplemente un lugar excelente para visitar Oaxaca y sus alrededores. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

I enjoyed this place so much that I was happy to extend my stay! The views are incredible and the terrace is such a dreamy spot. Great location a little out of the centre of town. Would recommend to anyone.

El departamento muy limpio y ordenado , Silvia siempre atenta , pedimos llegar un poco antes de la hora y Silvia siempre atenta le agradecemos mucho mi niño disfruto su siesta de medio día , a mi esposa le encantó el espacio , muy buen espacio del estacionamiento . Sin duda les recomiendo y nos volveremos a quedar en el departamento en nuestra próxima visita.

Muy recomendable el departamento para estancias cortas o largas, Alejandro y su esposa son super amables y siempre están al pendiente. La cocina está bien equipada si te gusta cocinar. El colchón muy cómodo y en general todo el espacio impecable. A dos cuadras a la redonda del departamento encuentras un minisuper, farmacia, oxxo, carnicería, panadería, lavandería y venta de comida preparada. Muy cerca hay parada de autobús y los taxis son económicos ya que cobran 100 pesos, pero si te gusta caminar puedes llegar al Zócalo en solo 20 minutos está muy cerca.

La ubicación, es perfecta bajas y está el jardín conzatti, puedes llegar caminando al llano, al centro, hay restaurantes ahí mismo, una cafetería, el piticó, una plaza, y es una calle transitada, por si n ex editas un taxi, para moverte. El depto súper limpio Brian muy amable y cortés, atendió todas nuestras necesidades y más. Mando a una persona de limpieza a que dejara lo que hacía falta. Las camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado en cada cuarto. Definitivamente es un lugar en donde me volvería a hospedar. 10/10
