Holiday rentals with breakfast in Oaxaca

We had a great stay at Villa Cabeza de Tortuga, the staff, Reyna, Diego, Constanino, and Roberto, were excellent and helped us with every need that we had. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and private, while downstairs was open to experience the ocean. At night, we closed off the bottom kitchen and living area to enjoy dinner and board games. The host recommended a message group that provided messages to our party as an extra that we greatly enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Reyna's cooking was amazing, and Roberto was a very kind house manager! We could not have imagined doing the same trip without them being a part of it.

The setting is absolutely spectacular in person - even better than the images. The house is charming and the walk down the hill to the semi private beach is long but perfectly manageable. The team at the hotel Bahia de la Luna could not have been lovelier. there is also a wonderful outdoor shower that i used every day However, the listing should stress how tricky (steep and rough) the roads are to navigate. i rented a normal sedan car and although it is DOABLE in a regular car, I wished every day that i had a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We also felt that the kitchen could be a little better equipped and the stove/oven were rather temperamental. Given that the position of the house made it hard to go out for dinner at night, it's important to be able to cook. the local market (fish in Puerto Angel or the big municipal market in Pochutla) are wonderful. Last - it would have been good to have some seating on the two bedroom balconies and some extra seating for the dining table

Maria was extremely friendly, she and her maid Evelyn were in the cosina from 8 am until 3 pm that left everything clean. First they served coffee with bread🍞, then 🍳 all delicious breakfast. On the first day we were prepared some delicious enmoladas, the best in Oaxaca. That was for the food. He also made us tea, had mezcal, seeds, fruit and cheese on the table for us all the time. The house is spotless. Very clean. Nice and large Muuy Lurdes likes 🥰 to serve guests as friends, it is very detailed, she wants everything to be perfect. Evelyn, very nice and very quiet like Lola 🐶🥰 Lola is a dog rescued by María Lurdes, Lola gives no problems, no notes that lives there. The property is super safe, you have to go through a guard before going into the community. Evelyn recommended very responsible taxi service, thanks Evelyn. María Lurdes is very talkative, it seems that she knows you always. If I go back to Oaxaca I would like to come back another

From the moment we first communicated with Maud and her team to the moment we left - what a wonderful experience! The house - the layout and the design was perfect. Each room and space had its own personality. Each has its own charm. The main room has breathtaking views of the coastline! The observation area was fantastic for whale watching and the sunrise. The service - Maud and Rihad went above and beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for. It truly made us feel right at home. They were very easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Marina prepared the most wonderful breakfasts each morning. The Food - we opted to have meals prepared at the house each day and it was so worth it. Every meal was wonderful! Everything about our stay was wonderful. Maud and her team take great pride in providing the best experience. I could go on and on, but will leave it like this: You will not regret staying here. You may find that once you arrive you may not ever want to leave!

we had a wonderful stay at Casa Cascada. beautiful views, incredible & quiet location (5 minute walk to a swimmable beach). all recommendations provided for transport, restaurants & activities were were fantastic. the breakfast included cooked by Lupita is delicious! we look forward to visiting Puerto Escondido & staying at Casa Cascada again.

Jorge's place was great! Close to the beach, excellent access to food, drinks, and whatever else you could possibly need. The view is UNBEATABLE. It's so gorgeous the light is perfection. The place is super clean and totally private while also having access to the beach, town and restaurants. We'll be back for sure if Jorge will have us!

I so enjoyed my stay. The location was amazing, just far enough outside the Centro that it was quiet and calm, but close enough that it was an easy walk to all of the best parts of town. Loved the cafes near by and the scenery around the neighborhood. Super grateful for my time here, and to the host for sharing this beautiful and inspiring space.

What a find! I booked Deyse’s apartment for my Father and he loved it. It’s in a quiet and safe area and just a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is small but has a sizeable private covered deck to enjoy sunsets and jungle rains. My Father loves spending time on the deck and looking at all the trees. The apartment is very clean and both Deyse and her husband are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend especially for long term stays. The price and quality can’t be beat.

My partner and I feel super comfortable, with a lot of privacy. It's quite quiet, it's very clean and the whole place is very beautiful. We loved the stone finishes on the floor. We planned our itinerary very well, and we enjoyed every day and every hour getting to know Puerto Escondido. Before going to the beach, we would go downstairs to have the delicious breakfast that Claudia prepared, Mango juice, chopped fruit, eggs to taste, Enchiladas, Chilaquiles, hotcakes or empanadas with rich coffee. After returning from the beach, we would spend some time in the pool. And then we would go up to shower, watch TV and rest for a while to go out to eat or have dinner and get to know more places. We will definitely visit Puerto Escondido again and stay with Luis, it is in a central location where you can easily get around. We rented a motorcycle to get around more easily. In addition, the Internet worked very well for us.

I really liked staying at this place, the water has very good pressure, the bed is very comfortable, the silence to rest is beautiful. The bad thing was that the first day the neighbors had the TV on all day, which is something that overwhelms me, but I knew it could happen. The next day we were alone and it was wonderful. Megan has created a safe, tranquil and chic environment for women to stay in and enjoy their time in the heart of Oaxaca. I really enjoyed the serene vibe of the decor, and loved the location as solera is in the middle of the historic centre with everything in very easy walking distance. Megan also gave me great local recommendations and was responsive to requests and queries. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in the city. Muy bien y viva La mujer!

I am very happy with my one night stay wish I could’ve stayed longer, but the staff was so friendly and responsive. The place was so beautiful and peaceful. It was a magical experience.

Ana María is an excellent host who is very knowledgeable about the entire area and with a positive, friendly and painted attitude. He always has valuable advice, tips and recommendations. Their breakfasts are very good and plentiful. It has a very good location and is within walking distance of the center. It also has parking.

Casa Frida is the ideal place to stay in Oaxaca. Frida and Yolanda are warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Everywhere you look in the house you’ll find something beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious and new every day. We loved every minute.

We had a great stay at this lovely family run BnB. The family were welcoming and very hospitable. The breakfasts are delicious and the place is in a great location opposite El Llano Park, walkable to the zocalo and quiet at night.

I really recommend the space, located a 15-minute walk from the Santo Domingo temple. Rene's staff makes you feel at home. Super clean, spacious, and the fresh breakfast is delicious from the cafeteria. Thank you, Rene, for sharing your space. Of course, I will stay there again on my next visit to Oaxaca.

Maricas’ hotel casa Biulú looks over a cliff side to the main beach. It’s tucked away from the other hotels. But with an amazing view. The pool was the best part of the hotel. Very clean and has a great view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
