Cuenta con entrada independiente, está situada en la planta alta, y es especial para explorar el centro histórico caminando, enmedio de todo lo que no te puedes perder de la ciudad de Oaxaca. Cuenta con todo lo básico para viajeros. Por estar en el centro histórico, los fines de semana puede escucharse ruido de los eventos de la ciudad, si eres muy sensible al ruido tal vez no sea la mejor opción para ti.
