Excellent place if you go with the family, quite spacious and the pool and jacuzzi with a pleasant temperature. Juan and Liliana were very kind and attentive, always on the lookout.

Sait's attention was very pleasant and at any time it was kept in communication to verify if we were missing something, the question of the pool being heated was super since at any time you could use it and ask Sait will adjust the temperature. The leaflets that are kept as a food delivery recommendation is very good since due to the area in which it is located there is not much accessibility to services of shopping centers or restaurants

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was beautiful and clean and the staff were incredible. Do yourself a favour and get the extra meal package!

We loved everything! 😁 Since we arrived, we have felt very comfortable and attracted by the beautiful garden, and the cozy house. They welcomed us very well, and really exceeded our expectations. I was very satisfied, the place is very quiet, ideal to rest, either as a family or as a couple, the house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything they advertise, I really felt at home, in a few words our visit was great, I will definitely return, totally recommended, and I leave a THANK YOU to the host of the place, as she was on the lookout for our visit, until the moment we retired.

Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Again, thank you very much Hector!

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
