Everything was great! Jonathan was always attentive and responded to my thousands of messages! Super helpful and friendly! The place was perfect for us! It's ideal for large groups.

It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener is super attentive, I give him a 10. Everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything is a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature this place is a paradise. It's amazing verl to the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to lots of flora and fauna surrounding the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us everything about the place and the great effort that has been made and is done to mentenerlo. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we made friends right away. Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! The house is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, my family and I were delighted and we definitely want to come back. The land is huge, inside Ismael and his wife lives that were always due to us (in case we had any orders from the store) the attention from Raul and they were always friendly and their response was always immediate. It is true that it requires a bit of maintenance but they are small, nothing that would keep us from enjoying or resting. The amazing grill area, the amazing court, the amazing pool, the amazing spaces! If we have the opportunity to visit again, we won't miss it!

The house is just as described, suitable for pets, seniors and children, with privacy in the bedrooms, utensils in the kitchen for breakfast and simple food, it has super Aurrrà and a BBB nearby and places to order food at home.

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

If you go with your whole family, it's the right place since it has many beds, 5 minutes by car from an Oxxo and in the area I saw several stores. There's no noise at night in case you want to sleep early. It's totally worth paying for the heater. You can enjoy the pool more, which by the way is large and has a division for the children

Excellent rest house, large pool with enough to spend a good weekend, although we did not use it, it has a grill and the garden is huge, close to the center to go out to buy food and prepare in the house, although we tried to order food at home, it was not possible, they did not answer and some phones told us out of service.
