It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Our garden is a nice place to chill in the sun, play with your children or make a camp fire. You can park next to the house in the garden. I the house you will have a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, free WIFI, a LED television, heating and AC, also towels and bedlinen are included.

A youthful, modern furnished 2-room brick apartment, built in 2018, awaits its guests, about 20 minutes' walk from the historic center of Pécs. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
