Holiday rentals with breakfast in Obergiesing-Fasangarten

Jay is a great host, very hospitable, considerate and talented. Every room is clean and cozy. The location of the house is very good, you can walk to U2 subway exit in a few minutes, 4 subway stations directly to the exhibition hall, and it is also very convenient to go to the city center. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's convenient to shop and eat. By the way, Jay's eggs in the morning are super delicious! Happy travels, yeah!

Dorothea was a very warm and accommodating hostess, with whom we felt right at home. At check-in, there was a homemade elderberry spritzer, very tasty. Breakfast was also a sensation and would actually deserve 6 stars! Thank you for your hospitality, Dorothea. This can really be recommended!

The place is very nice and homely. You will feel comfortable in the bedroom, bathroom and dining room. We were also allowed to use the seating in the garden in the evening to play. For breakfast, we always had plenty to choose from and it was lovingly arranged. Thank you so much for the nice days.

Marion's place is very beautiful and clean. My stay there went well and I definitely recommend the room. She and her daughter are very nice people. Now I am looking forward to having a coffee together someday.

We stayed for a month and it was wonderful. A beautiful area and very quiet. Easy to walk to local interests and bus. Melanie and Stefan were very kind and beyond generous, helping us check-in by picking us up at the station and dropping us off when we checked out. They gave local recommendations and everything we needed. I am sorry I could not have been more social as they are kind and lively people, but they were very understanding and gave us space and privacy. I miss it already, it is definitely worth the stay and I would stay again.

I had a great stay at Franziska’s place! The location is excellent . and the property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Franziska was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We really appreciated Ines hosting us in her lovely home. It is very spacious for two people and the location is excellent—a brief walk to multiple means of public transit, a great grocery store at the end of the street, and very quiet all day and night. If you enjoy a firm bed, you will likely be comfortable on the very large couch. Communication with Ines was excellent and she quickly and kindly answered any questions we had.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and tastefully furnished. Benjamin makes it easy to feel comfortable there. Communication was easy and fast, check-in and check-out completely uncomplicated. I loved that the fridge was equipped with a basic set of edibles. The U2 is in the immediate vicinity, so you have every opportunity to get into the city quickly. Next time Munich will be happy to come back here.

Super nice apartment with plenty of space. It's all brand new, the kitchen looked practically unused and everything was clean. The spa area with swimming pool and saunas is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is super tasty and varied & the service staff just great! We enjoyed our vacation at Lake Tegernsee very much and will be happy to come back :-)

Good room for short time

We were at Thomas' accommodation on Lake Schliersee for a short vacation. The location was great, the breakfast absolutely varied, everything you can imagine and very tasty! The room corresponded exactly to the photos, very new and modern, clean and spacious! The bathroom is a dream! Check-in went smoothly via key box, check-out as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The only criticism: since the room is directly on the corridor next to the breakfast room, you were regularly woken up from 6.30 (time at the beginning of breakfast), as it is very noisy and the guests naturally talk or ask the staff something. If you are sensitive in this regard, you should take Oropax with you, or book another room. It was ok with us. We felt very comfortable and recommend it 100%!

a nice experience. I recommend. on the other hand the announcement of airbnb is not clear enough to suggest that the rental concerns the 2 bedrooms while you have to rent them separately

Hannelore is really nice and friendly (his Karl a little bit less) but you can have very good time in this place The WIFI is perfect and Hannelore prepare some excellent breakfast ;)

Superb Host . exceptional hospitality

We had an amazing experience in Munich! Alex and Karoline were exceptionally nice and attentive hosts, greeting us with a chilled beer upon our arrival and ensuring that everything was flawless during our stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning, and made it easy to start the day and go explore Munich. On mornings when they were not at home, we would discover a lovely note wishing us a wonderful day. I have never felt so welcomed in an Airbnb. If (or rather, when) I come back to Munich, this will definitely be my preferred accommodation!

Rosa wonderfully picked me up from the express bus, as I arrived without a car (and was even driven back to the bus on departure; but that would also be doable in 15-20 min on foot). Super nice welcome from the two hosts! Rooms with bathroom are as beautiful and stylish as in the photos, and sparkling clean. I was even able to use a mini fridge and also a kettle I could have used. Breakfast was very lovingly prepared, my special vegetarian wishes were gladly addressed and also my early time for breakfast was no problem. Very nice conversations with the hosts, I would love to come back anytime and can fully recommend everything and thank you again for the wonderful stay!!
