Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Obersimmental-Saanen District

Dieses Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und auch mit OeV erreichbar. Wir waren 10 Personen und verbrachten dort eine wunderbares Wochenende - herzlichen Dank für alles, auch für die flexiblen check-in und check-out Zeiten! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great home great location

Nous avons passé un weekend prolongé merveilleux. Emplacement paisible, chalet très bien équipé. Le hot-tube et le sauna sont un avantage incroyable. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées dans le secteur. La cuisine est très petite mais complètement équipée. Le petit frigo semble un peu fatigué et il est difficile de le régler. Nicolas est très réactif et nous a aiguillé pour la mise en route du hot-tube. Il nous a également répondu très rapidement lorsque nous avons découvert une fuite d'eau à la cave. Contact amical. Nous espérons revenir, pourquoi pas en hiver !

Nous avons passé avec nos jeunes enfants un excellent séjour chez Matthieu où nous avons pu profiter à 100% des plaisirs hivernaux. Petite caractéristique du chalet : depuis le jardin un petit pont traverse le fin torrent de Miège et au delà débute un bosquet (sur versant abrupte) où la nature se déploie. En ce début du mois de mars, nous avons eu l’occasion d’observer chevreuils, chamois, milans, et de manière plus large sentir la nature reprendre ses forces. Booking last minute, nous remercions Matthieu pour sa flexibilité !

Séjour très agréable, chalet super calme en plein dans la nature, entouré de beaux paysages. Peu de réseau, mais ça nous a donné une bonne occasion de se déconnecter. L’intérieur est cosy, simple et un peu rustique mais chaleureux, on s’y sent très bien (on a particulièrement apprécié le poêle, qui était un peu la star de notre séjour). Avec la neige, impossible de monter jusqu’au chalet en voiture, mais Daniel est venu nous aider à transporter nos affaires sur les 200m restants avec son 4x4, donc aucun souci d’accès au chalet.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Chalet is big and with a nice gated garden area which was perfect for our dog. You can hear the sound of the river across the road which is really relaxing. The three bedrooms downstairs are a little dark, but there is a lot of space. Really comfortable.

Booked the chalet for a weekend with visiting family, to get out of the city. The chalet is very charming and comfortable and had almost everything we needed (except shampoo) and the fondue and raclette grill were a plus! The downside was the walk from the bus station (25 minutes - a lot when it’s hot and carrying groceries and luggage), and the noise from the nearby hydro plant which was loud but thankfully not constant (though when you travel all that way hoping to hear sounds of nature it was a bummer). Nevertheless we loved our stay, the proximity to trails and cable car, the village was lovely with a great restaurant, and the chalet is away from any street or car noise. Dawn let us check out late so we could enjoy another day at the chalet which we all appreciated!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super nice. The house was very comfortable and clean with a great view. The kitchen was fully stocked to make great meals and we walked to a wonderful restaurant in town as well. We were able to walk to the shuttle, train and the store. Thank you.

Super cosy and beautifully decorated place,amazingly equipped kitchen,comfortable beds, big sunny bathroom,we were absolutely happy to stay there,a lot of attention to the details,we loved that !!!!! Can’t wait to go there again!!!

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung von David: zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder (10 und 8 Jahre alt) Wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, verbrachten die Kinder die meiste Zeit im Keller, spielten billiard (nach ihren ganz eigenen Regeln) oder wir probierten eines der vielen Gesellschaftsspiele aus. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wenn wir eine Frage hatten, antwortete uns David innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Man spürt, dass dieses Haus mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird. Alles ist vorhanden und die Anleitungen sind sehr gut. Die nahe Strasse nimmt man nicht wirklich wahr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had spent three nights with the family of four adults and a five yrs old son, we felt like staying in our home. The location was beautiful with peaceful neighbourhood. The view and the location was scenic. The instructions provided were simple and clear. Worth for the money and overall, we enjoyed a lot !

Notre séjour était parfait. Le lieu est calme, la vue magnifique que l’on peut contempler depuis le grand balcon. L’appartement est spacieux et joliment décoré. Il a tout ce qu’il faut et bien plus. Une cheminée, plein de livres,… Je recommande ! Nous n’avons pas rencontré notre hôte, mais les échanges avec elle par message étaient chaleureux et rapides.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht! Annika hat immer sofort geantwortet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Marius’s place was very simple and perfect for having a base to get out and enjoy the trails and the mountains. Close to the train station, bakery ( most important) and groceries.

The chalets is really amazing and the kids love it.. we will try to be back next winter to see the other side of the landscape.

Out of all our travels and Airbnb’s, Simone and Daniel’s property was the best by far. We fell in love with the property and extraordinary views. Walkable to the best quaint shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back. Wish I could give them a 10 star, this was our fave experience so far. Thank you hosts!

Très belle villa toute équipée conforme à la description. La nature environnante est magnifique et la terrasse est parfaite 🤩

We hebben ruim een week en twee weekenden in dit huis gezeten. het staat op een prachtige en rustige plek. Het is geweldig om het hele huis voor jezelf te hebben. De omgeving is fantastisch! Er is zo enorm veel te doen! We hebben bijna elke dag een prachtige wandeling gemaakt en altijd afgesloten met een duik in Lac des Iles of een meertje nog dichterbij. Het huis is ook top. lekker ruim en alles is aanwezig. Voor onze kinderen van 3, 6 en 8 was het helemaal geweldig! Er is zoveel speelgoed in dit huis. We kunnen dit huis vannharte aanbevelen.

Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Chalet unseres Hosts Jeanette verbracht. Ihre Mutter Elisabeth hat uns empfangen und alles bestens erklärt. Wir haben uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt - wie zuhause! Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolle Umgebung, ruhig gelegen, in der Natur - Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank, Maja und HK

Perfect, cozy place to stay outside of Interlaken

Our family had a wonderful stay at Oliver’s holiday home. The house is very well equipped and true to description. The location is in a peaceful setting with fabulous mountain views and a short drive to the resort. Oliver’s instructions and communication were precise and prompt. The seperate apartment for our older parents was perfect and an equivalent standard to the main house. We particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen and laundry which made the stay very comfortable. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Our family would highly recommend the accommodation.

This is a true AirBNB, in the sense that you stay in someone’s actual home. And a wonderful place it is! The house and garden are charming, and the location is very convenient for visiting the highlights of the Rhône valley. Valérie is a lovely host and easy to communicate with (in French). We particularly enjoyed the pool!
