The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Charming independent apartment, new, quiet, ideally located, on the lower ground floor of a family house built in 2021, located in the heart of La Gruyère, 10 minutes from Bulle and the highway, in a quiet area in the countryside. Skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, thermal baths, indoor swimming pool, lake, historical sites, many walks and gastronomy: everything is close to the accommodation! The charging station for your electric car is available on request if needed!

Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Cocoon paradise and dream landscape

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple... The hardest part is leaving. In JULY and AUGUST, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 😊
