This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.
