Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Detached, modern studio outhouse

This little wooden house in the middle of the Clare Mountains is the perfect getaway for one or two nature loving people. You are surrounded by peace and tranquillity, beautiful hiking routes and the beautiful medieval town of Killaloe on the shores of the Shannon and Lough is nearby. Inside this private hideout there is one bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a kettle, a mini fridge, a microwave and plates, cups and cutlery for preparing easy and basic meals.

On the outskirts of Nenagh town it provides a gateway to multiple historic/cultural attractions in addition to it's close proximity to Lough Derg.

The village is a leisurely ten-minute walk away. There are many cafes, a French patisserie, numerous pubs with trad music and several restaurants along with two hotels. Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
