Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .
