Unit has free wifi, fully equipped kitchen w/ a Keurig, and some beach items for you to use. The balcony provides great views of both the ocean to the left and the bay to the right. The building offers an exercise room, outdoor pool deck(pool closed Oct-May), and there is 1 parking space available. There is a $50 building usage fee from May-Sept.
