Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ocean City

We stayed here for a mini vacation. We had Two adults, two kids and a new born! The place wasn’t super big but it suited our needs for the price and was extremely convenient! Grocery store is right around the corner and easy drive to the beach. We purchased a small grill to use outside and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for this peaceful weekend.

Very nice place that's close to beach and boardwalk and also to shops and restaurants off the boardwalk. Stef and Keith make you feel very welcomed into their place.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

A great place to stay! The rooms and restrooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything is walking distance. Would recommend and would come back.

Rehoboth beach was my go to, however, given the closeness of Ocean City, NJ to my home, the beautiful area, the peaceful beach and respectfull people, as well as the unit (Airbnb) that we stayed in, I think I'm going to rethink my "go to" beach :-)

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

We loved staying at Steve and Louise's beautiful property. Watching the sun rise and set over the tidal wetlands was magical, and there were many amazing birds. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The interior had good natural light, which is unusual for a ground floor unit with a balcony over it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Steve was very nice, and made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything, and stopped by to chat a number of times. As listed, the indoor shower is small but the outdoor shower is much larger. I used the outdoor shower and the water pressure was great. It might be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility disabilities because it's a little hard to balance on the sloped slippery wood. The location is perfect - between Stone Harbor and Cape May Courthouse so it is convenient for necessities, but easy to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

The apartment was great for my little 3 day trip. It was in a great location which was a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and even had a beautiful view of the ferris wheel at night. it was close to everything and it was the perfect place to stay. Jody was also very friendly and fast with any questions i had. I highly recommend staying here!

Our party really enjoyed our stay! The property was extremely clean, spacious, equipped with exactly what we needed. Easy access to casinos and golf courses nearby. We would highly recommend this property!

This was the best located place we've ever stayed for a vacation. We have 3 boys (7, 5, 9 months) and were able to park our car for the week. Our kids had no issues walking everywhere. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, OC Waterpark, shops and restaurants on Asbury, a public playground across from Acme, and an eyeshot from an Açaí bowl, ice cream, and coffee/sandwich shops. Directly Kitty-cornered is a park with green space and winding sidewalks that our kids rode scooters on and played sports at. There was plenty of space inside for our family of 5 and it came stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear. It was also amazing to relax out on the porch after the kids went to bed. We all agreed this is the best vacation we've had and a huge part of that was because of this place and its location. We hope to be able to rent it again for future vacations! We were lucky to get to stay for a long week over Labor Day, 2024. Everything was perfection. The location is fantastic. The grocery store is on the next block, Banks right next-door, even a thrift shop (bring cash) open three days a week. An easy walk to the shopping district and the beach. Also very close to the bridge for those who want to want run or walk across it for exercise. What was most impressive is that because we rented at the end of the season, one might’ve expected that some of the items in the household might have a little bit of wear and tear. That was not the case at all! Everything was sturdy, pristine, well organized, and clean. Our hosts communicated extremely quickly. We had a few questions on check-in and we had answers within moments. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Heather’s place! The home was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Every space—from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the living room and kitchen—was thoughtfully maintained and cozy. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Heather was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful house with plenty of space. It was nice to be on the bay. A bit of a walk to the beach and boardwalk but that was to be expected. Make sure to read the house rules about making sure the towels are fully cleaned and put away. All in all, we had a great stay.

Very private tranquil setting. Lots of space. Off-street parking was great with lots of additional on-street parking available. Gary responded immediately whenever I had a question. Terrific host. Highly recommended

Heather's place was beyond my expectations! The location was perfect! A block from the beach & a direct path. It was absolutely spotless! The amenities were like no other place I've stayed before, even down to the little candy jar for when the chocolate craving kicked in. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Mary’s place is great, it was a perfect location for the OCNJ half marathon weekend. We were able to walk to the start as well as walk on and off the boardwalk. The place is cozy and great for 2 people. Mary gave very detailed instructions for check in and house rules, all of which were helpful. Thanks!

This is a great find. We stayed with young kids and everyone loved it. The place was immaculate it’s 2 short blocks to the beach and there are a few stores including a bakery, surf shop and sandwich shop within walking distance. Short drive to the boardwalk. Joe was incredibly responsive. Great stay!

This was our second time booking with Shaylee & Kyle. Absolutely fantastic experience each time. Great hospitality! Such a perfect location and atmosphere. Will be booking again in the spring.

This condo is always our first choice whenever we are booking our OCNJ trip each year. It’s always super clean and has everything we need for a wonderful weeklong stay. We can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Steve and Beth. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Russel was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promtly. The place was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. The distnce to the boardwalk and the beach was only 5 minutes away (walking distance). We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had an amazing time. We were able to use the bikes that were in the garage and ride them on the boardwalk. We highly recommend Russel as a host!

We had a great time in Ocean City. The rental was in a great location and very close to the beach and activities on the boardwalk. The only downside was the lack of provided or free parking, but the paid parking was very close to the rental and boardwalk.
