Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean County

Heather is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Her home is charming, clean and neat. The kitchen is appropriately stocked. Furniture, including the beds, is clean and comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding at LBI golf club. LBI is a quick 10-15 minutes drive, very convenient if you’re a golfer! I highly recommend Heather’s place.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. The space is spotless and all the amenities are as described. We love the outdoor space and the proximity to the boardwalk/beach. It's close enough that it's a quick walk but not so close that it's noisy. Island Beach State Park is a quick drive away. We will stay again in the future!

My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. We loved our stay at Val’s place. It felt like we were having a tea party with all of the curated decorations. The space was cozy and we felt right at home. Perfect drive to the LBI golf course where we were attending a wedding.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Gianna was very responsive from the first day I messaged her after booking our reservation. The apartment was cozy and very clean. Gianna even took the time to stock the fridge with drinks and water. The location is perfect being just 5-10 min from all local stores.

Jack & Vivians place was spotless with refreshed white sheets that made you feel comfortable sleeping on. The rooms were spacious, and the house well equipped. As a mom of two kids (4 & 5), I love that unnecessary things were not included (rugs, tabletop displays, wall shelves), making it so easy to keep it clean and easy to kid-proof. The beach badges were really lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor shower to wash off our feet after a day at the beach. The common area outside was very well kept and shady and very enjoyable. The location of the house is also very great. Its the same block as the beach, reducing transition times.

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

Kishore was a wonderful host and everything about the condo was great and just as expected. It was comfortable, inviting and spacious with lots of cooking appliances and necessities, making it very convenient for us. Being right next to the beach and boardwalk along with the other attractions of Seaside, it was the perfect place for our weekend trip to the shore. We would definitely recommend to others. I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends and was so impressed with the cleanliness, updated amenities, and private parking. Myra was incredibly helpful leading up to my stay, allowing for an early check in and clear instructions on how to access the unit.
