Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. Parking is available on Pacific St. Access to the house on Pacific St. is through a green wooden gate (pictured). The Bungalow is on the 2nd floor and is not wheelchair accessible

Queen bed in master and twin bunk beds in guest with two pull out couches. AC,Flat screen TVs, wifi & cable. Walking distance to all the Oceanside hot spots and rail. Pets fee is $250

Walk to all coastal Oceanside has to offer-beaches, pier, the strand, breweries, wineries, coffee shops. Two twin units next door to each other, perfect to rent both if larger group. The condo is a garden view one bedroom with a king bed and a queen Murphy bed in the main area, fully equipped including free Wi-fi, beach chairs & toys . Centrally located with Downtown and the Harbor within walking distance. The beach is a 2 minute walk through the resort.
