3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - with golf cart, located on canal with large lot. Private gated beach parking. The house is across from the park. Which has an indoor heated pool, baseball field, volleyball basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and dog runs. Two additional outdoor pools and hot tub are located 500 feet behind us. Guests must be previously established on Airbnb with positive reviews. Only, large dogs of 35-120lbs. Free parking passes required for all vehicles in your party, maximum of three cars

Location, location, location. Beautiful view of beach from balcony. Loved being so close to the beach and easy access to pools, hot tubs and exercise facilities. Condo is extremely clean, newly updated and security was present all day and night. Very comfortable and relaxing especially with multiple recliners. Linda gave us detailed instructions as to what to do when we arrived to what to do on departure. She also gave us a long list of things to do and places to eat. This was extremely helpful since we had never been to the area. We had a great time, hated to leave, but will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

We enjoyed our holiday weekend with family at David’s place. We loved having the beach parking access for my mom who is elderly. The location of his place was in a great location in the community. We could walk to the beach or pool easily and the pickleball courts and playground are right across the street. We felt there was also a generous amount of seating for eating, lounging around and being outdoors.
