Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

The perfect place, available year-round, for all Athens events, UGA occasions, and game day week ends. The home, built in 1936, has large rooms with 10 ft. ceilings and a kitchen that can accommodate any size group. Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.

This comfy 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage has been completely renovated in 2020. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + living room, kitchen, and spacious back patio. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.
