Gîte la Louisiane, created in 2015 in a modern American style with high-end comfort, the cottage is independent of the owner's house, it is located in front of the lake at the entrance of the property, bordered by lake and river in a heavenly area not far from shops, trails to walk or bike in the Normandy countryside not far from the sea, many activities are offered nearby, the owner of the cottage offers sea fishing, spearfishing, walk in the Dominican forest.

It has a 70 m2 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 deckchairs. Unobstructed view. Lots to do nearby (golf, beaches, parachuting...) Village with all shops and restaurant 200 m away. Weekly Sunday morning market.

This accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, a living area with an open kitchen with sofa bed and access to the shared garden with the owners who live in the adjoining house. A mi chemin entre le Havre et Etretat (15mn) notre gîte à la ferme vous offrira calme et repos à 500 m de la falaise, 5.5 km de la plage. A marée basse, venez profiter des bienfaits de la marche en mer. Situé sur l'exploitation "Le Champ des Comestibles" on y produit légumes, fleurs comestibles, aromatiques et fleurs coupées bio. Nous proposons également des paniers de saisons, apéritif convivial, ateliers divers.

We will be happy to welcome you to a 60 m2 very bright seaside style house with a beautiful small sea view and a view of the lighthouse. The Gîte can be booked from 2 nights. Located on the heights in a quiet residential area with quick access to the beach, the center (10 min drive) and a beautiful view from the cliff trail (10 min walk). You will be 25 min from Étretat, 30 min from Honfleur.
