Cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde with only 80 meters to a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large newly built terrace where there is ample opportunity to catch the day's sunshine and also has a delicious wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden there is a trampoline for the kids. Not far from the house there is a large and amazing playground. Approximately 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbour area with city life and restaurants.

The private courtyard faces southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see Squirrels, hare and deer in the field. Lovely sea view over the cove and mark as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. Only 350 meters walk to a lovely hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the cliff to the sea. Decorated with cozy furniture, flea finds, and new mixed. Note: The stay includes final cleaning.
