We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of tranquility. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was wonderful and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would come back.

We had a lovely time at the place. Everything was well arranged, the instructions were clear. Our favorite was definitely the terrace, perfectly equipped for resting. The host is very responsive and proactive in their efforts. We enjoyed it. There are 2 good restaurants nearby and in the evening, it's dead quiet. I recommend the place without hesitating!

We really enjoyed staying at Isabel's place. The place looked just like the pictures, and was very clean and equipped with everything we needed :) Isabel and her husband are both super helpful and kind, and very responsive. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful stay in Alvor! Francisca is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. She made sure that we felt completely comfortable and were provided with all the necessary information. The house is very cozy, lovingly furnished and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially liked the toys provided, beach utensils such as umbrellas, chairs and digging things - perfect for our holiday with a child. The beaches in Alvor are beautiful, ideal for swimming, playing and relaxing. There are great excursion options in the area - our daughter loved the Dino Minigolf! The resort itself offers everything you need: restaurants, shopping and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had such a wonderful stay at monte do Galo, in the amazing valley near Aljezur. The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning,birdsong in the morning, silence at night and wide open views that helped us completely unwind from our busy city lives. João was a fantastic host: kind, welcoming, and full of great tips about the area like best spot for surfing, restaurants etc. His sweet dog was a big hit with our kids! The house itself was cozy and full of charm and fully equipped. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views. It’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and recharge. Thank you so much for everything João. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back again soon!

We and our little son felt completely comfortable and at home here. Heike and Klaus are warm, open (but still unobtrusive) hosts who welcomed us super nicely and were always available when we needed something. The house and property are even nicer than the pictures suggest! A big plus for us was that the house was still comfortably dry and warm thanks to oven heat and dehumidifiers in rainy March, while it was clammy in other properties in the area and we froze. We enjoyed looking out the window into the blooming greenery, sitting on the terrace in the sun, exploring the beautiful garden and surrounding nature - pure Portuguese country idyll and just right if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Aljezur, Odeceixe and dream beaches are also quickly accessible by car. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation (especially with children)!

Susanna is an extremely friendly, wonderful host who always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment is wonderfully clean and very nicely decorated. The location is very very quiet with a great atmosphere that it is in the middle of a very nice rural area. Dear Susanna, Thank you very much for everything and we will be happy to come back.

This was our fourth stay at the White Beach Hut. We stay at a lot of Airbnbs and this place continues to be one of our favourites. Super cozy, great beds and linens, super communicative hosts, and tranquil surroundings. We’ll be back again for sure!

We were really happy here. It gave us a great opportunity to explore the old town. It was spotlessly clean. The house has a great atmosphere and brilliant views.

Lovely house, made with love and furnished. Beautiful colors. Nice and quiet, beautiful garden and a cozy little village nearby with a nice beach. We have extended our stay by 2 nights extra.

We were able to spend a 10-day vacation here at the end of May. The accommodation is (together with 2 neighboring apartments left and right) quietly secluded, all around there are only fields, no other houses in the immediate vicinity, there are sheep and a kitten - an absolute dream! Fernanda brought us fresh, delicious strawberries from her own harvest. Communication was impeccable at all times. A wonderful natural beach with great cliffs is "right around the corner" by car and we could even swim and kayak in the adjacent river. The sunsets are spectacular. 10 minutes from the accommodation is the village of Rogil, where the traditional Portuguese dessert "Pastel de Batata Doce" (delicious!!!!) originates. The apartment is superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt very comfortable. Only the exhaust air in the windowless bathroom could work better. Thanks for the great time at your place! :-)

The Lemon Lodge is tucked away in the mountains, providing a lovely and peaceful retreat away from the main bustle. That serenity comes with the trade-off of being a nice drive away from town up some challenging roads but you can get the hang of it after once or twice. Definitely need a rental car, mid-size is even better. The house itself is stunning and really well designed. Kitchen has everything you need. We cooked a lot on the grill in the back. Would have liked screens on the windows to let some fresh air in, as bugs up there can be tricky.

We stayed with friends for 1 week in Lara's accommodation and felt comfortable from the beginning. The house was super clean. Lara was always easily accessible. The facility is very modern and the pool has sun all day! The house absolutely met our expectations. A small minus point from our side: The house is located on a busy, noisy country road in a residential area under construction. You have to expect construction noise. Thank you very much, Lara!! Had a great time!

Spectacular views over the bay of Arrifana and a nice clean apartment. Anytime again!

We had a wonderful time in Vale da Tehla and sincerely thank Mariana for her hospitality and great service! She went out of her way to give us the most beautiful time at every moment! We were in the house with our young children and enjoyed the large living and dining area very much. The kitchen is beautiful and the rooms have large closets. Thank you Mariana for the great time!

Very cozy and clean apartment, there are all the comforts and João (the owner) is extremely courteous and always very quick to respond. He often gave us advice that was not strictly related to the apartment and the stay. Good location, the bar right under the apartment is convenient. The supermarket is also very close. Highly recommended place!

Karen and Jürgen are certainly among the most welcoming people I've ever met via Airbnb, it's the opposite of all these vacation home factories that clutter this website now! Here, the place is magical, quiet and inspiring, it really was a pleasure to discover this little house and we hope to come back as soon as possible. Karen and Jürgen, in addition to being friendly and welcoming, are people with a great sense of humor and it's very much appreciated. Thanks again for our stay!! PS: Don't listen to Waze to get there, and instead read the instructions they'll send you by .pdf this will save you from getting lost in the pampas, finally Jürgen will be happy to explain everything to you while joking about our adventure ;-)

the house is beautiful, it has everything you could need and it is located in an impressive place. great for traveling with pets and children. the excellent attention, they respond super fast. about the noise, which in its day I read comments, in our case it has not been like this. does not bother to sleep or during the day, so don't miss this opportunity for that. thanks to Julia. and Sophie 😊

A small but super cute piece of jewelry that catapults you into another world. The accommodation is in the old district of Aljezur, high up with a fantastic view and very quiet. André is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He spoiled us at the beginning of our stay with some little things like 1 bottle of wine, 1 glass of honey, bread and something sweet. There were two of us in the accommodation with our Dutch shepherd. We are happy to recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to stay '08/15'.

Luz is an amazing host and would definitely come back again! The house is perfectly clean and is furnished with everything that we needed. The communication was also perfect and the owner made sure we had a good stay.

We stayed a couple of days in the loft and were happy :) It’s fairly new and cozy but still has everything needed and feels comfortable! The terrace is a nice idea and you can enjoy the view! Thanks for having us :)
