It has a small kitchenette, shower and toilet with toilet and sink on the ground floor and on the top there is the bedroom/living room with a bed for 2 people. Estudio 21 is a small private studio flat within a traditional town house 2 minutes walk from Largo da Igreja. A simple, practical space built for comfort and privacy for one or two people. It has a double bed, private bathroom, a living area/kitchenette. Cercal is a semi-rural town with shops, bank, restaurants, cafes and public transport . Nearby you have the peaceful countryside of the Alentejo and the beautiful Costa Vicentina, only a 15 minute drive.

Small independent en-suite. The kitchen is shared with two other bedrooms, the garden and swimming pool. Kitchen equipped with microwave, gas stove, toaster, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a portable barbecue for each of the 3 bedrooms.
