Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has a queen size double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. You park the car, truck or car with trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car charge point can be arranged!

The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies upon request. Please let us know your requests early.

Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest town. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here.

Woodfield Cottage is located on the same property as our main house, where we live or occasionally host other guests. The house is on a private lane away from normal traffic.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för mysiga kvällar framför brasan. Detta boende är rekommenderat för par eller familjer. Fester är ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna.
