Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

Very tidy house with nice grounds. The location is convenient, everything is nearby. The house is cozy and pleasant. There is everything you need, everything is in good condition, all appliances work. Host responds quickly. Had a nice and comfortable stay at this place.

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

Elena and Sergiy are wonderful hosts. The place is calm and clean. Sergiy helped us to check in easily. He also suggested and helped us visiting some tourist places around Odesa. They also helped us keep our luggage at their home until evening. I definitely recommend this stay to everyone. I'm looking forward to visiting Odesa and meet them again.

Elevation customer orientation!!! We arrived early and were able to check in earlier. The apartment fully corresponds to the photo, very high ceiling and the appearance is very instagrammable. If you really want to feel the Odessa flavor, then you are here!

The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is done with care for guests – comfortable furniture, fresh repairs, good appliances. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: from dishes and bed linen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!

Felt definitely at home, the host was always one step away to you whatever you need. The checkin went easy and smooth, the host even let us to checkin earlier. The location of the place is right in the center, you can walk almost everywhere. Hope to stay again, strongly suggesting for the ones who’s looking for accommodation.

I stayed for 6 days, I will definitely come to this apartment again, very comfortable, there is everything for every day, it is in the center. I really liked everything, the apartment is in excellent condition and the neighbors opposite are very welcoming !
