Very comfortable townhouse for both short-term and long-term stays. The house has everything you need to cook. Nice gifts upon check-in and check-out in the form of fruits, cookies and sweets. Drinking water is brought as needed for free. Bed linen is changed upon request. The mattress is comfortable. It was comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner works quite quietly. Wi-Fi was normal. The shower has hot water, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They respond quickly in the chat and resolve all issues. They also helped me rent a motorbike for a month with a big discount. Grocery and food can be bought 5-7 minutes walk from the house. In my opinion, this is the best place to live in Odiongan. I liked everything. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful beachfront resort, declious variety of food, we enjoyed free coconut juice from the trees, one of the local workers took us for a walk kindly and showed us around, room was suitable for 3 person stay. Shower room can be improved to provide running hot water as there was a electric shower but not working, also shower pressure was low so little flow of water.

The accommodation is accurate as described. The building is very new. The property is still under construction and we are the first few guest. Dorothee responds quickly on my questions and request, and I did have quite a few. I renter a motorcycle from and it is a good size bike. She also provided hints where to go and visit, unfortunately I need more time to see them all. She a great host.

Stephan’s place worth what you paid for. I like the surrounding cause it’s peaceful and so relaxing.
