Welcome to RETREAT 34, tucked around the back of a beautifully presented rural development, with open fields and countryside walks literally on your doorstep. Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including an Indian restaurant, garden centre, chip-shop, pub and post office.

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

Perfect for up to three people staying for local business or pleasure. Perhaps you are wedding guests attending the nearby South Farm venue There is a desk area and space to lounge with smart TV in the second bedroom A shop/post-office is a short stroll away

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost, just pop us a message :)

"Well House" is a separate guest room & own access

The Mile End Farm "Well House" has its own access, consists of ample space, a double bedroom and more (see photos). This also includes an en-suite shower room and WC . The Bedroom has a good size TV. A light breakfast hamper is provided with coffee, tea , milk & sugar, at no extra cost and a food prep area with microwave and fridge. There is also ample secure off road parking provided at no extra cost. Perfect for contractors or weekend stays.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.

Sleeping up to 6 people, the cottage has 2 bedrooms plus a dressing room/work space. The open plan ground-floor living area features a sofa bed and dining area. Renovated to a high standard, the modern kitchen makes this an ideal destination for self-catering breaks. With a chemist, a bakery, a butcher, a convenience store, pubs, a doctor, dentist and even a museum, Ashwell is the perfect village for short or long breaks.

The Nook Guest House

A cosy but luxuriously interior designed space, ‘The Nook’ has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Located just five minutes walk from the town center and train station, with a direct train to Kings Cross. Great for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas!
