It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. REIMS and its cathedral are 40 minutes away. PARIS 1 hr 30 mins away. Access to the Véloroute 100 meters away. Private and closed car parking.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, within the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km (8 miles) from Reims. Les Chapitres, a Gîtes de France–certified vacation rental with a 3-épis rating, offers private access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available near the cottage. E-bike rentals are available upon request to help you explore the area.

The Bubble Barn

I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
