Sitting perfectly on the green of hole #3 of the Inland Greens Golf Course, which is a challenging par 3 course. Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

An outdoor patio area features a wooden pergola that provides shade. Two hammocks are suspended from the structure, inviting relaxation. Lush greenery surrounds the space, while a paved section leads to a well-maintained grassy area, enhancing the private and tranquil setting.
