The outdoor space is perfect for grilling out or just welcoming the morning sun with a cup of coffee, or ending the night with a great glass of wine. With private parking for up to two cars, leave them and walk to any of the attractions Ogunquit is known for.

This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and a full bath with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!
