Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. Surrounded by farmland on the main tourist route between Waitomo/Hobbiton/Rotorua/Karapiro/Cambridge. We live downstairs with our 3 children, cat & dog. You are welcome to use our swimming pool, spa (hot tub), tennis court & BBQ area (with fire pit). Perfect accommodation for singles, couples or families!

The Container Ship is New Zealand’s first and only fully restored Container Airship. It appeared in 2021 tethered above our sheep paddock, on our small lifestyle block located right on the southern boundary of Hamilton. The origin of the ship is believed to be from an unknown multi-verse.
