The hotel is located on the top floor of a tenant building with a direct elevator, making it ideal for groups and families traveling with multiple families. Whether it's the green season or the winter season, you can easily access all tourist facilities and ski resorts from the national highway in front of the inn. The room has all the necessary facilities, such as a system kitchen equipped with the latest IH heater and dishwasher, a full bathroom, separate men's and women's hot water bidet toilets, a sink, a washing machine, and a drying room. It is also fully equipped with air conditioning, so you can stay cool in summer and warm and comfortable in winter. In addition, there is a modern and elegant Japanese-style room, as well as a desk for work, making it an ideal environment for work. The bedding uses Simmons beds, and we promise you a good night's sleep to heal your tired body from play and work. The bathroom also has a Refa shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a Refa hair dryer in the dressing room.

This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old house at the foot of the sea and mountains in Echigo-Nanaura. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. Nearby, there are cafes in the mountains, away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also spend time relaxing with a bento box from a famous shop in Iwamuro Onsen. Agri-tourism is also being planned so that you can enjoy cooking freshly picked vegetables. Relax to the scent of the tide and the sound of the waves, or go swimming, as well as climbing Mt. Yahiko, surfing, and jet skiing. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
