A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

A character house in a beautiful Parnell street close to the central city. Large private backyard backing onto a bush reserve with native birds. Quiet and so close to the heart of the city. A few minutes walk to bus stops (buses every 10 minutes), and easy close walk of 5-15 minutes to Auckland Domain and Museum, Auckland City Hospital, Parnell shopping centre and its many galleries, bars and restaurants, Newmarket shopping centre, Parnell railway station, Judges Bay and Spark arena.

Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. The property was beautiful and in a great location — close to excellent cafes, attractions, and in a visually stunning location. Michael was very helpful with answering questions before and during our stay; and checking in and out was a breeze. I especially appreciated Michael’s flexibility with an early check in. Looking forward to our next stay here.

We highly rate Fay's place. Fay was friendly and informative while still giving us lots of space. Extra provisions were thoughtfully provided for breakfast and in our washroom. We were warm and cosy with plenty of bedding and a heatpump in our room. Everything was clean and the walls looked freshly painted. Our stay was very good value for money .Thanks Fay

We are a family of 5 staying for a week and we absolutely loved this property. We had to book last minute as we got let down by another host and EJ were very helpful and responsive. The property itself is amazing and the views of the harbour are fantastic! I was almost put off the some of the other reviews regarding the construction going on next door however this wasn’t a problem for us and it looks like the build is complete so shouldn’t be a problem for anyone else looking to book. We had a lovely time, thanks you!
