Beachfront holiday rental in Okaloosa Island

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Our family loved this place. It was very clean and as pictured. Beds were comfy and the bunk beds were a hit with the little one. 1 minute walk to the beach and water. Can see beach and water from bay windows. Pool was very nice as well. A very nice beach restaurant 10 min walk down the beach. Already looking into booking for next year. Host was great.

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants, shops, and other activities. It felt like a peaceful getaway without being too far from anything. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the ocean was a big bonus. The home was very family-friendly and dog-friendly, which made things easy for us. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with easy access to everything you need.

Fabulous location for a long weekend at Fort Walton Beach. Very easy to walk to the public beach access from the boardwalk directly behind the house. Lots of restaurants and things to do super convenient to the home. It didn’t take us longer than 15 minutes to get anywhere. The house itself was adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for a nice stay! Chanell was such a great communicator the entire time. Directions were crystal clear and easy to understand! We would definitely stay here again!

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located just steps from the sand. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the porch each morning was a highlight. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the layout was perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and made check-in super. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. This unit at the Palms was an excellent location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was awesome and the beautiful views from the balcony. Having a private beach area to relax and of course having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up each day was an additional great benefit. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay to include washer and dryer. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, and we were able to coordinate arriving a few hours earlier. This is a great escape for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Sam is a super host; highly responsive and attentive to all messages. He’s ensured all of the amenities are spot on for a relaxing vacation. From chair and umbrella service by the waters’s edge to beach towels, toys and sunscreen, it’s easy to enjoy spending time at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds! Will book this unit again on our next visit to Ft Walton Beach!

We visited with our two young children, and I was so pleased we did. The condo is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It came with an umbrella and two beach chairs, which were already set up! There was a great station for cleaning off the sand once we were done, and let us go directly to the pool. We loved it. The unit itself has a stunning view of the beach and the rooms are quiet and the kitchen and laundry was very easy to use. Take note: the kids bunk room does not have a closing door - just two swinging doors, so they can hear what is going on in the main area - but it is tucked away and our kids were so tired by the play, it wouldn’t have mattered. I would absolutely stay here again.

Don’t look anywhere else… book this place! Suzy is very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is right on the beach, literally right by the boardwalk. We loved staying here with our young kiddos. Will definitely we back! Oh and very close to Stewby’s, our favorite restaurant for fresh seafood!

Really enjoyed my stay here. My first impression upon walking in was that the kitchen was much larger than I anticipated! All in all, everything was as described, and the host was extremely communicative and responsive. The only thing I would note, in case anyone has any mobility issues or needs assistive devices, is that the hallway between the bedroom and shower is on the narrow side.

Wonderful place for a family beach vacation! The kitchen is stocked well if you want to cook all or part of your meals. Full washer and dryer work well and are very handy with a kid and beach towels! Lovely to look out every day at the beach. Cheryl called maintenance immediately when we reported the hot tub was more like a warm tub. Maintenance was on it, and it was fixed promptly. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were all excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Easy to get to and quick walk to the beach. Stewby’s is very close and great place to eat.

Shanel was always quick to respond and answer any questions. She was very accommodating and had the cleaner finish early so we could check in early. She is so nice! We loved the place! Everything is new and high quality. Plenty of towels and pillows and even had beach towels and beach toys for our kids to use. Kitchen was BEAUTIFUL. Washer and dryer was a real plus. The place had easy access to the beach as well. We loved our stay and hope to return! Absolutely awesome place!!

When you visit Annie’s place, enjoy a glass of wine or cozy cup of coffee with their stunning view of the bay only a few footsteps out the back doors. Immaculate gardens and lawn greet you upon arrival. This is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. Tons of activities indoor and outdoor to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. Luxury indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This place is lovely whether you want to relax or play. Communication with the hostess was prompt and thoughtful. We never wanted to leave! This place was perfect, in decor, cleanliness, and convenience! We’ve stayed at The Pelican Resort before, but this room was so nice and updated. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Had a wonderful week here with my teenager for spring break. We met up with friends in town and the kids enjoyed using the pool and spa or just heading down to the beach. We really appreciated the reasonable hours for the amenities (we've stayed at some resorts where everything closes too early). Ft. Walton Beach isn't very pedestrian-friendly but this area had restaurants and shops for teenagers to walk to. I took a nap on the balcony every day and loved seeing the bay from my bed in the morning. We ordered pizza and had no trouble getting delivery to our door. I used the gym a couple times--it's small, but well-equipped. Plentiful parking in the garage. Overall, just a convenient, lovely place to stay.

Went on vacation and stayed at the Sapphire. We loved everything about this place. The location is walkable to the beach ,restaurant’s, food trucks,ice cream shops. The kitchen provides everything you’ll need if you decide to cook. Stacy was a very excellent host. My husband and I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
