This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. (Price adjustment possible) The room There is a 14-tatami kitchen & dining room, 6-tatami Japanese-style room (additional use of 8-tatami Western-style room when booking for 4 people), toilet, washroom, and shower room. It is a safe, all-electric specification. The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.

The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
