Two full baths Walkable to many shops including Bestsellers, our bookstore serving espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails. And The Vault Deli with gourmet sandwiches. The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside.
