Amazing place. The outdoor terrace and especially the wooden deck were wonderful. The location in the forested hills meant peace and quiet, at night we could see fireflies, enjoyed bbq on the wooden deck. The house itself is big, with a well-furnished kitchen, wide tv screen, etc. Overall we loved our stay!

The cabin I stayed in was beautiful. The small touches made it extra special, like the coffee items and record player. The sauna was clean and had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and patient. Another highlight of my stay was the pancakes at One Eighty South, they were incredibly delicious - compliments to the chef. I look forward to coming back sometime.

It's much wider than what you see in the photos! Miyakojima itself wasn't big, so the location was good! There is a Family Mart 2-3 minutes away by car! In the evening, we had a barbecue outdoors and bought firewood from Don Quixote and had a bonfire. The bathroom has a toothbrush, a razor, and plenty of towels!! And it's so clean. It feels more like visiting an old grandmother's house than a hotel! (Very, very rich grandmother feeling..?) If I go to Miyakojima, I want to stop by again! Thank you, host.

Place was nice and clean and Matthew was prompt in helping! Place had nice amenities and the complementary honey and wine from New Zealand was a very nice touch! Only had one small issue which was the shelf right next to the toilet bowl making it very hard sit comfortably. Pity we did not get to use the BBQ or the Pizza oven!
