It is 15 min. to drive to Stø with Hvalsafari, 15 min. to Myre where you will find a good selection of shops (sports , clothing stores, liquor store, 4 grocery st.etc.).

The midnight sun can be enjoyed from the balconies. Fantastic base to walk the popular queen route, take a whalesafari, bird and seal safari and to go deep sea fishing. In the winter here is a teeming life because of the cod fisheries Amazing Northern Lights on clear autumn and winter evenings.

Grandma's house from the 50s with sea view

Velkommen til Farmorhuset i Nykvåg, midt i vakre Vesterålen. Huset er bygd i 1954 og kombinerer nostalgisk 50-tallsstil med dagens bekvemmeligheter for et komfortabelt opphold. Jeg har arvet dette huset av min far, som igjen arvet det av sin mor, og det har derfor vært viktig for meg å bevare husets sjel og historie. Farmorhuset har tre soverom med totalt fire senger, noe som gjør huset perfekt for både små familier og vennegjenger.

Lite hus ved fjorden

Nyrenovert og koselig hus fra 1850 så nært du kan bo havet! Huset er fult utstyrt ligger midt i steinlandsfjorden ved foten av langøyas høyeste fjell, snykolla. I fjorden utenfor huset er det muligheter for godt fiske fra molo. Huset ligger nært det populære turmålet dronningruta og fiskeværet Nyksund. Det er også en grei beliggenhet som base for å utforske både Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel og Andøya.
