While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. Access to the pool, as well as to the olive and vegetable gardens. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea.
