We are offering a newly remodel apartment in the lower level of our home with a set of stairs to the basement. Keyless entry allows check in anytime. The entrance hall is a shared space with the two apartments. Bedrooms are 1 large room separated by a heavy curtain. If you only give 4 stars in your reviews regardless of quality please do not book with us as we work very hard to keep our superhost status which requires atleast 4.8 ratings. This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Perfect location, very close to all attractions (all main attractions within 10-20 mins walk), its located in a very quiet neighborhood.
