One of the best locations of a BnB that I have ever stayed at. Helen's place was super comfortable and her communication was prompt and friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back in the summer time to take advantage of this beautiful waterfront location, but even in the winter, this stay was great! I have no hesitation in recemmending this place, we loved it!

Our stay at this beautiful home was incredible. The views of the bush and lake are amazing, and all the rooms of the house were stunning. You feel super secluded but with everything close by. Ken was great with communication.

A tranquil getaway! A beautiful home on a small property only 10 minutes out of Wingham. The house itself was gorgeous, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us with different spaces to relax and unwind. The kitchen and bbq were perfect, as were the inside and outdoor fires! We’d love to return if the occasion arises! Hosts were also very friendly, very responsive and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely family and pet-friendly house! The communication with the host was smooth and attentive, making the entire process effortless. The location is truly wonderful—peaceful and secluded, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. Our family and pets felt right at home, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting. We’d love to return!

Words cannot even begin to describe how wonderful our stay at this property was. Everything was just perfect. The venue was pristine with the most beautiful surroundings and Rob was so easy to communicate with and ridiculously accommodating. One of my friends stated that Hillside estate definitely did not spare a single expense and I could not of agreed more. This place was worth every cent. My only regret was we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Rob for being such a wonderful host. Hopefully we will get to come and stay again in the not so distant future.

Really enjoyed our night stay with Maureen - great location with an easy walk to everything you need. Maureen was fabulous to deal with - welcoming on arrival and really helpful throughout our stay. Loved the details of the accomodation.

Stunning views of the beautiful beach and there is a great coffee shop on the same street. The apartment has everything needed for a holiday with family and is very neat and tidy. The fruit and cheese platter on our arrival was so lovely and unexpected. We will be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. Everything was as described and such a great location. Jennifer is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s lovely property! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Jan was a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Andie, Jan’s beautiful dog. Andie is incredibly friendly and well-behaved — she made us feel even more at home. Thank you, Jan, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home (and Andie!) with us. We would absolutely love to come back again.

Beautiful stay in this cosy, private , peaceful and clean BnB . Walking distance to lovely walk by the water and easy trip over to gorgeous Forster. Sue was so helpful and kind. Loved the much needed wine left in the kitchen. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great Accomodation. It has everything I needed for my short stay. Pete and Angie are very responsive and keep in touch régularly. Internet issue was fixed quickly. You can’t have a better location it is walking distance to main street, to Beach so highly recommand.

An excellent place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Just what we needed after the long drive from Sydney. Breakfast cereal was provided and that was a nice touch. Would definitely like to stay here again on a future trip.

Needing somewhere to stay while working in the area & wow what a find! I couldn’t wait to finish work and get back to enjoy this place. Bonus having a beautiful dog greeting. Hosts are down to earth great people and make ya feel at home while also giving you privacy. I absolutely loved the uniqueness & detail and all the comforts of home plus more!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Absolutely lovely beach-side stay, lots of natural light inside and kept very clean. Cafe, restaurants and chemist within short walking distance. Photos are accurate, homely feels and simple instructions/guest book details. Will book again.

We have been on a lengthy road trip and Bill’s place was our favourite out of every where we stayed. The views were amazing, everything we could need was catered for and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would have extended our stay if we weren’t on a schedule so will have to come back another time. Not sad about it-a wonderful part of the world and an awesome accommodation option 🙂

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.

10 stars! The longer you stay in Keran’s studio (and Newcastle) the longer you will want to stay. As frequent airbnb’ers we SO appreciate the considerate built-in storage spaces, HOOKS (!), all the kitchen supplies needed to cook meals, etc.! Keran spoiled us: cheeses, fruit, butter, gluten free crackers (she asked about dietary requirements!), OJ and more. Any anxiety about lack of outdoor space was quelled by a cute cozy basement style patio and the fact that Newcastle Beach and its shaded chill spaces is only a few minutes’ walk away. I have to mention the bathroom which had the most sophisticated lighting I have seen. Plus a great shower, just bring your shampoo. Public transport is nearby but we were happy to have a car to explore and traffic was a non-issue. Smaller car is best. Restaurants in walking distance as well as ocean pools (a must!). Best grocery stores by car. We met Keran who was great about checking in w/us and suggestions. She lives above in this historic complex.
