It is 800 meters to the center with a pleasant walk. The beach directly across from the house is Phokaia's most ideal beach for swimming. It has a sandy bottom and is free of rocks. The Migros supermarket is located right next to the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a capsule coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, and tea maker are available for your use. There are 2 air conditioners in the property.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.
