Apartment holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

The studio is wonderful, perfect location and everything that you need for a lovely stay in Nice! Serge was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Sophie’s apartment was fantastic. It is in an amazing central location, and a few minutes walk right outside of Old Nice so it’s not too touristy. The apartment is minimal, modern, but still with character and decorated with taste. It has the terrace where we’d sip our espressos in the morning and people watch. The apt is on the 4th floor of the marble staircase but I think it adds to the charm (and you want that height with the terrace). It’s more spacious than the photos make it looks and has lots of light. The best part of airbnb was Sophie herself! She met up with us in person to give the keys and show us around the apartment. She was welcoming and very French (cool and beautiful!). She leaves a list of all her recommendations of what to do and eat in Nice and they were on point, and real places she goes to. She even notes what spots have fair prices, trendy, etc. some of my favorite meals of my 2 week France trip were Sophie’s spots. She is a true local and wants you to have an au

We have spent a wonderful few days in Bertrand's apartment which was exceptional in every way. Bertrand answered any queries we had quickly and was responsive and helpful. Jean Marc’s place is one of the best place you can stay in town, the space is huge for a couple with superb design and layout. Not to mention that the view is more beautiful than many places in Nice. JM is a super clean person and everything in the apartment is in top perfect condition. JM is also a very detailed person and is a great host as he would tell you in person how do things work etc. highly recommend!!!!

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

Perfect stay in Nice for a couple. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and functional, with everything you need for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Murielle was amazing during our stay, always available and with great tips on the city! Will definitely return when i come back to Nice.

Great location, it was near everything. The place was clean, we were not there much as we were out exploring during the day.

We had a fabulous stay at Damien’s apartment. The space is exactly as photographed, the location is incredible just a couple of minutes to the beach and in the heart of the old town and surrounding restaurants + easy access to public transport to get you to other areas along the coast/the airport. Damien was responsive and quick to respond and fix the AC when we needed it. Good size for a couple, for a couple of days. We’d thoroughly recommend the apartment and area.

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent loft in the very center of the city, but with large suitcases it is better not to check in here, because the staircase to the 5th floor is huge But the location of the apartment is very good, the owner was always in touch

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

The house offers a really beautiful terrace view. It was a little difficult to move the luggage up the stairs, but I was able to enjoy a happy trip with the help of a friendly host and a neighbor. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to have a special experience of taking in Nice at a glance.
