Beachfront holiday rental in old nice, Nice

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and like the first time - the location as perfect, the place itself is exactly what we needed and very well presented and a great price. Communication was great throughout when needed and instructions easy to follow. Would very much recommend. Thanks for another fab stay!

We had a great stay , loved being in the heart of old town , lots of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues maybe not . Easy check in and out , would stay again

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

한국인 후기가 없어서 한국어로 남깁니다! 사진이랑 정확하게 똑같은 플랫입니다. 좁지만 필요한건 다 있는, 호스트가 관리를 굉장히 잘 했다고 느껴지는 플랫이에요. 무엇보다도 호스트의 응답이 굉장히 빠르고, 문의사항이나 필요항 사항에 대해 적극적으로 대응 해 줘서 기분이 너무 좋았어요. 마세나 광장, 올드타운 등 웬만한 명소들은 모두 도보 이용이 가능하다는 장점이 있고, 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 소파베드인데.. 그닥 편하지는 않았어요. 다만 이건 모든 소파베드의 공통된 사항이라 소파베드에서 안 자보신 분들은 특별히 더 불편하다고 생각하실 수 있어요! 숙박비 비싼 니스에서 가성비 있게 머물고 싶은 분들께 추천합니다!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

Absolutely beautiful location! Bruno and Sophie were excellent hosts and showed off the place when we arrived and gave great local recommendations. This place is perfect for pool days and staying in as it is a bit of a hike to get down to the main roads. Also a bit difficult for Ubers to find your location, but that is not the fault of the hosts. Absolutely spotless, wonderful stay we had. Hosts were so accommodating and responded promptly always. It was perfection.

Everything was fine. Easy to find and get into the apartment, great location and everything was as described. Nicolas was very helpful. We had a great time, thanks for the opportunity, we can only recommend the accommodation, especially for couples.

Nossa estadia foi realmente incrível. Estivemos lá por 10 noites. A localização é incrível , perto de todas as coisas e de frente para o mar. O que mais poderíamos esperar ? O apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos, desde espaço até as ameninades e produtos de limpeza. No final ainda esqueci umas roupas e Joseph foi extremamente eficiente em acharmos uma solução. Joseph é um hóspede muito atencioso e respondeu qualquer questão prontamente. Resumindo: gostamos muito e estou ansiosa por voltar e sem dúvidas vou tentar esse mesmo apartamento. Obrigada Joseph.

Lovely place with thoughtful touches, reflecting personality and the local area but still modern and comfortable. Wonderful a/c and water pressure. Loved having 1.5 baths. I had to make up duvet myself when we got there though, and wish I were told the dryer didn’t work, (then I wouldn’t have wasted time trying to figure it out) but all in all this is great comfy place and am grateful to the owner for leaving her wonderful books and art for guests to enjoy. Check out is at 10 am, which is early for most Airbnbs.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Perfectly located, beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Old Town. Central to a lot of great walkable locations and great restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here despite myself taking ill for a few days - thankfully the air conditioning and the Smart TV allowed a comfortable stay even when not managing to make it outside! There are 4 flights of stairs to the apartment so if you have difficulty with stairs then I would avoid booking here. Although we had a 26kg suitcase and we would still go back and do it again!

Clean, newly renovated apartment in the heart of old town. Murielle was responsive and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Nice.

This was possibly the best equipped AirBnB apartment we've stayed in. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Nice's old town. It is well worth the climb up the stairs to this very comfortable gem! Great air conditioning made the stay even more enjoyable during a very hot week in Nice. We'd happily stay there again, and recommend the place highly.

This has been my favorite Air BnB yet! The flat is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Cedric and Catherine thought of anything and everything. It is super clean. Bed was comfortable and curtains provide plenty of darkness to sleep. Don't hear the street noise, but if you did, they left earplugs! Easy to get in and out of the building and having an elevator is a help to get to the 5th floor! Really enjoyed my espresso and croissant from the local and yummy Boulangerie on the balcony each morning. Walkable to everything. Catherine met us upon check-in even thought we arrived late in the evening. If I had a question, I asked on Air BnB messaging and got a prompt and detailed response. I wish Catherine and Cedric the best and if I am in Nice again, would definitely stay here !

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

An excellent place to call home during our visit to Nice. The apartment was 5 star on cleanliness, amenities, decor, location. Top appliances, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, air conditioning! It was really a joy to stay in a place that is everything we could have wanted; plus, restaurants and shops nearby. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. (There is a flight of stairs from ground to first level, but it seems this is a customary in the old Nice neighborhood.) Our host, Nico was very friendly, responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. We highly recommend Nico and his apartment to any visitor to Nice. Thank you, Nico!
