An apartment (42 sqm) is located in the center of Nice but on a quiet street. Close to the beach (700 m) and restaurants. The building is new and everything works! A big plus: underground parking (EUR 15 per night). It is ideal for a couple. We speak English, French, and German. We will be happy to welcome you in Nice! For late arrivals (after 10pm) we charge 100 euros. Cleaning fee is 50 euros.
