Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. It was our first time staying in Nice and Simon’s place was the perfect spot! It was located walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants, the beach, city centres, and the train. The outdoor patio was perfect for coffee in the morning or an evening glass of rose. The apartment was exactly as it was described and looked the same as in the pictures. It was lovely! Raffi was nice to let us check in a little early. He made sure to check in with us throughout the trip to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn’t need anything. Would recommend!

Perfect stay in Nice for a couple. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and functional, with everything you need for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Murielle was amazing during our stay, always available and with great tips on the city! Will definitely return when i come back to Nice.

Michelle’s place was an amazing spot to stay in Nice, so many beautiful restaurants/markets a few minutes walk from the airbnb. Very responsive and friendly. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Nice.

What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.
