Kick your feet up on the deck. Breathe in the pine, listen to the birds & frogs. Or take a lovely stroll down Bufflehead Cove Lane, walk quietly you may see a heron or egret on the pond. Left at Port Rd. & continue down to Western Ave. Lots of stairs. Driveway very steep, requires 4-wheel drive in winter.

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Kayak or canoe out to Turtle Cove and enjoy the wildlife in this natural waterway teeming with birds to include our resident Blue Heron, ducks, geese, and loons who make this place their home. We have the fortune of bald eagle pairs in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. The cabins are on the water and have their own dock. The Songo Locks is hand operated and opens to allow boats in and lowers them so they can continue down river into Sebago Lake. You can sit at your cabin and watch the boats or grab a fish pole and do some fishing.

In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
